Absolute Single-turn, Multi-turn or Incremental Output
The 18 mm ProxEncoder box is the extremely compact and original Joral non-contact sensor in a rectangular housing. Its smart design allows it to perform better than hall sensors and other traditional magnetic encoders. The PEBX ProxEncoder’s patented true non-contact sensing architecture can achieve a .5” gap between the sensor and target, with 0.10 (12mm) center alignment and up to a 30-degree planar tilt.
Choose from Quadrature, Analog, J1939 Analog Single-Turn, and Voltage outputs. It offers a convenient variety of connectors, including M8, Flying Lead Cable, and shielded flying lead. To provide you with even more mounting options, the PEBX is available in the box-style (PEBX) form factor and a cylinder prox-style (PE18).
And the ProxEncoder non-contact rotary encoder is built to survive in nasty environments, even submerged in water or oil! The IP69K rated constructions and minimal design size means the PEBX can thrive where standard magnetic sensors fail.
