Absolute Multi-turn
The HZ58 J1939 Non-contact Zero Power Position Sensor has a 10 year extreme temperature cell that enables the sensors to detect machine motion during total power loss or drift during power down. While disconnected from machine power the HZ58 Rotary Position Sensor wakes up from sleep, writes position to memory and returns to a no power state. The absolute zero power function is accomplished with an internally sealed battery that can be supplemented with an in line serviceable backup.
Built for rotary position sensing the HZ58 J1939 Non-contact Zero Power Position Sensor also features Joral’s ground breaking non-contact technology: The unmatched .5” sensor to target application gap, 0.10” (2.5mm) center alignment and 30-degree planar tilt. LED indicators are prominently displayed for power and output feedback. Mounting holes and a convenient servo groove are also standards.
